Borderstanians others, beware. According to the DC Department of Public Works (DCDPW), the city will “begin booting vehicles with outstanding photo enforcement tickets.” This means if you got caught on camera while speeding, running a red light or for street parking on a street-sweeping day, your car may be booted and towed–and you do NOT want your car towed to a DC pound.
