It’s old news that one of DC’s most highly regarded coffeehouses serves its frothy concoctions at The Phillips Collection, but now that same coffeehouse (Tryst) is hosting Thursday happy hours at the capital city’s notorious art collection.

Join DC’s passionate art aficionados and curious cocktail sippers at Thursday Tryst at the Phillips, a happy hour series held on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th (and sometimes 5th) Thursday of each month from 5 until 8 pm.

In addition to serving up craft beverages and food specials, the series also features live music from Listen Local First.

Here’s what’s on tap for this month:

  • September 13: Featuring Bumper Jacksons
  • September 20: Featuring Flo Anito
  • September 27: Featuring Ryan Bailey of the Riverbreaks

The Phillips Collection is located at 1600 21st Street NW.
